1. Vicharn Group will show the road route to the project that is not less than 12 meters long as a main road, from the land into the project clearly.
2. Vicharn Group and TSA open the opportunity to select a landscape designer of the project by allowing experienced and interested Property Delvelopers to present landscape outline plans , that set up for the project and part of the land that will be used to build a hotel on the sea.

4. Vicharn Group searches for the land owner, to offer to buy as much as possible and give floating shares to land owners as a co-investor.
